Inside your WordPress site
The plugin stores contacts, consent, campaigns and settings in your WordPress database. It does not transmit subscriber lists to Newsletter Platform as vendor telemetry. If enabled, Free click reporting stores local campaign, subscriber/message and link-request records. Pro can additionally store qualifying order matches. Neither feature is enabled by default. Your configured mail transport receives the data needed to send your emails. You remain responsible for your audience permissions, privacy notice and retention practices.
Browsing and downloads
You can download Free without an account or newsletter subscription. Gallery and guide filters run in your browser and do not send search text to a marketing service. We do not add advertising trackers or optional analytics to this site. Hosting services process requests and operational information required to deliver and protect the pages.
Customer accounts and essential cookies
Account access uses your email address, password hash, account state, sign-in sessions, security events and requested recovery records. Essential secure cookies protect account sessions and forms. A sign-in session can last up to twelve hours and expires after one hour of inactivity; temporary form and recovery cookies can last up to two hours. Account access does not give this website your WordPress subscriber database.
Support requests
The support desk processes the contact details, message and attachments you deliberately submit, together with ticket and security records needed to handle your request. Keep the private ticket link secure. Do not include a subscriber export or credentials. Public support is handled by people; the public ticket form does not enroll you in AI support.
Hosting and access
The business operates from Cyprus. The website, application databases and support email are hosted on our GoDaddy VPS in the United States. Cloudflare provides the domain’s DNS service. No Stripe payment is taken in the current release.
Your choices
Use the support desk to ask about access, correction, erasure or the information associated with your account or ticket. We may need to verify that the request concerns your records. We retain information needed to operate the service, investigate security issues or meet applicable obligations; do not send information that is unnecessary for your request.
