What you are buying

An annual commercial entitlement to the current Newsletter Platform Pro add-on, downloads and updates released during the paid period, and product support for the selected 1, 5 or 25 production-site allowance. The exact plan, allowance, currency, annual base price and release versions are shown before payment. This is not a lifetime or one-time offer. Installed software remains governed by its included GPL-compatible licence and bundled notices; commercial entitlements do not remove those rights. Ordinary cancellation or expiry does not remotely remove your stored data or installed GPL software.

Price, renewal and delivery

USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD prices are set independently and exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout; the final total is shown before payment. Stripe processes payment. The agreed annual base price renews yearly plus applicable VAT until cancelled. Downloads and licences become available only after successful payment verification, through your private purchase page or verified customer account. Keep your receipt and use an email address you control. Free and Pro are separate packages: install the matching Free prerequisite before activating Pro. Newsletter Platform delivery is by authorized manual ZIP download; no automatic updater service is promised for that beta.

Cancellation and support

Cancel future annual renewal through the billing portal linked from your purchase or account page before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; paid update, download, activation and support entitlements continue until then. Contact support if you cannot access the portal. No guaranteed response time, custom development or unlimited personal support is promised. Support covers product installation and operation within the stated product boundaries. A refund, payment dispute or explicit licence revocation can remove commercial access separately from ordinary expiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.

14-day refund policy

For an initial Newsletter Platform purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment. Contact support@newsletterplatform.com with your order reference. Do not send card details. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the legally required period; your bank may take additional time to display it. You may withdraw by sending a clear statement to the contact above, identifying your purchase and the date. We do not treat downloading the plugin alone as waiving statutory withdrawal rights. A refunded purchase loses its commercial download, update and support entitlement. This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or misdescribed products. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals; cancellation alone does not request a refund. This voluntary 14-day window applies to initial purchases.

Current software and limitations

Newsletter Platform Free and Pro 0.1.0-beta.8 are beta software for staging evaluation. Keep a backup, test your environment and review received emails before considering live use. Minimum-version, email-client, accessibility and localization coverage remains in progress. Email delivery takes place in your own WordPress and mail-provider environment. Only email people you are permitted to contact and keep unsubscribe and suppression choices effective. Hosting, sending capacity, inbox placement and delivery are not guaranteed or included. Third-party service charges remain separate. This purchase supplies the Pro add-on, including multi-email welcome marketing journeys; existing Free features and users remain free.

Sandbox purchases

A checkout explicitly marked Sandbox or Test uses simulated payments and creates no actual purchase, debt, live subscription or contract. Sandbox acceptance and delivery records are testing evidence only. These terms do not by themselves open public sales.
