Request review
Enable Require another administrator’s approval on an editable campaign. Save, rehearse and request review with an optional note.
Review the saved revision
A different existing administrator opens the campaign to inspect the email and audience, then approves or requests changes. A rejection requires a note. This does not grant anyone access or create a client portal.
Keep approval current
Changing content, audience or sender settings invalidates the prior review. A duplicate or restored draft also requires fresh review. Missing Pro, a revoked reviewer or a mismatched snapshot blocks sending.
