Use your WordPress mail transport
Newsletter Platform submits email through your site's configured WordPress mail transport. It does not include a hosted sending allowance. A compatible SMTP or delivery plugin can provide your site's transport; its costs and limits are separate.
Choose recognizable details
Use a sender name subscribers will recognize and an address you control. Confirm that replies can reach your team. Configure the provider's domain authentication using the exact records your provider supplies.
Test the complete path
Send an owned-address test of your saved draft; it also verifies the sender configuration. Inspect the received email, including sender, reply behavior, layout and links. A sender preview has no live subscriber unsubscribe token. Check confirmation and unsubscribe separately using an address you control, with explicit consent, on staging. A successful local submission means the transport accepted the request; it does not establish inbox placement.
Set practical limits
Match sending windows and rates to your provider's limits. WordPress scheduled tasks depend on site traffic unless you configure a reliable server scheduler. Review scheduled jobs and failed or uncertain attempts before a larger send.
