Update Free before Pro
Use the matched release pair. Install the new Free ZIP first, then its compatible Pro companion. Check the workspace and saved designs before resuming scheduled sends.
Treat migration as a separate task
Newsletter Platform is a new product. It is not a drop-in replacement for the original Pure Elixirs email automation plugin. Review the source database, existing unsubscribes, consent evidence and active automations before planning a migration.
Avoid two active senders
During a migration, keep sending paused and establish which system owns each active campaign. Verify subscriber counts and suppression behavior before switching over.
